We ship worldwide, with tracking on every order.

• Production: most pieces are made to order — allow 2–5 business days before your order ships.
• Delivery: 7–15 business days depending on destination (US & UK typically on the faster end).
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

• Standard items: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.
• Personalised items (custom member name/number): made just for you, so they can't be returned — unless there's a defect or an error on our side, in which case we'll make it right, fast.
• Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo via the contact page within 14 days and we'll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice.
