These terms of sale (“Terms”) govern sales made on kpopcore.com (“the Site”).

Article 1 — Seller identification

The Site is published and operated by Dylan Valat, sole trader (micro-entreprise) trading as DV7 Studio — registered office: 6 bis Boulevard Berthelot, Bureau 3, 34000 Montpellier, France; SIRET 104 842 406 00019; RCS Montpellier 104 842 406; VAT not applicable (art. 293 B French Tax Code). Contact: contact@kpopcore.com.

Article 2 — Products

KpopCore offers fanmade, unofficial merchandise inspired by K-pop culture. Artist and group names are used for identification only; KpopCore is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any artist, label or agency. Some products are personalised (member name and number).

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B French Tax Code). Any shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. Prices may change at any time; products are billed at the rates in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Orders

The customer places the order after reviewing its details. The sale is concluded upon the order confirmation sent by email. KpopCore may cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or legitimate reason.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online and securely by card via Shopify Payments (and any other method offered at checkout). Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are shipped worldwide, with tracking. As most items are made to order, allow 2–5 business days of production, then 7–15 business days of delivery depending on the destination. These times are indicative. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving reasons, by writing to contact@kpopcore.com. Products must be returned unworn and in their original condition; return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return shipment).

Exclusion: under article L221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items (made to the customer’s specifications — e.g. member name and number), except in case of a defect or error attributable to KpopCore.

Article 8 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). For a non-conforming or defective product, the customer writes to contact@kpopcore.com: replacement or refund provided, free of charge.

Article 9 — Liability

KpopCore shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products, nor for delays or impediments due to force majeure.

Article 10 — Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The customer has the right to access, rectify and erase their data by writing to contact@kpopcore.com.

Article 11 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer first contacts contact@kpopcore.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge; the mediator's contact details will be published on this page once KpopCore's registration is finalised, and can be requested at any time at contact@kpopcore.com. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.

This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
