Shipping policy

At KpopCore, every piece is made to order, so we ask for a little patience — it's worth it.

Processing time. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 4–10 business days depending on your location. Total time is typically 1 to 3 weeks.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracked delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. We pack every order with care.

Shipping costs. Free worldwide shipping on orders over €60. Below that threshold, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Duties & taxes (DDP). We ship Delivered Duty Paid — all customs duties and import taxes are included. No surprise fees on delivery.

Worldwide. We ship internationally. Delivery estimates may vary for remote destinations or during peak periods.

Wrong address / failed delivery. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
