How long until I receive my order?
1–5 days production + 4–10 business days shipping = typically 1–3 weeks total. Tracking is sent by email once dispatched.
Are customs and import fees included?
Within the EU, taxes are generally settled at checkout: no surprise customs fees on delivery. Outside the EU, local import fees may apply depending on your country.
Can I put a custom name or number on the back?
Yes — use the Member selector to pick your bias and the name is set automatically. For a fully custom name or number, contact us before ordering.
What's the return and exchange policy?
Exchanges accepted on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days. As each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns based on sizing alone — please check the size guide before ordering.
